Policy for Ophthalmic - Contact Lenses - Hearing Aids Products

SHIPPING POLICY

The orders once placed, shall be dispatched within 72 hours. The delivery time may vary from location to location. It's likely to be delivered in a maximum of 6-10 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The product is non-returnable once delivered. The product can only be exchanged if it's damaged or broken. In case of an exchange of the product, you can write an email to sandeep.gautam@amazesurgical.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product attaching the defective product image/video along with the order ID. Once it's verified by our team, the replacement for that product will be shipped in 72 hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For some reason, if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at sandeep.gautam@amazesurgical.com along with your order id. We'll confirm the order status within 24 hours. No cancellation will be entertained if the order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS
